Corporate cryptocurrency adoption reached a new milestone as Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced its crypto holdings have reached $11.4 billion, positioning the company as the world's largest Ethereum treasury holder. According to a press release, the company now holds 4.803 million ETH tokens and has received approval for uplisting from NYSE American to the main New York Stock Exchange, effective April 9, 2026.

The company's strategic focus on Ethereum staking has generated significant returns, with annual staking revenues of $196 million from its 3.3 million staked ETH, as detailed in the announcement. Bitmine's "alchemy of 5%" philosophy aims to accumulate 5% of the total ETH supply, with the company currently holding 3.98% of all Ethereum tokens in circulation. The company now ranks as the second-largest global crypto treasury behind MicroStrategy's Bitcoin holdings, marking a significant shift in institutional digital asset strategies toward Ethereum-focused accumulation models.
